At The Tikhi, we strive to deliver the best quality homemade achar to our customers. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
The Tikhi reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Incorrect shipping details
In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been delivered.
However, refunds or replacements may be provided in the following cases:
✔️ Damaged product received
✔️ Wrong product delivered
✔️ Expired product (if applicable)
3. Refund Request Process
If you face any issue with your order:
- You must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Provide your order details
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
- Once your request is verified and approved,
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days - Refund will be credited via:
- Original payment method
- Or bank transfer (if applicable)
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

❌ Taste preferences not matching expectation
❌ Delay caused by courier services
❌ Incorrect address provided by customer
❌ Improper storage or handling after delivery
6. Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect product:
